Several law enforcement agencies in Macau have conducted simulations of a bomb threat and armed robbery in collaboration with casino company SJM Resorts. The training mission, named “Wolf Capture 2025,” saw two separate incidents occur in different locations at the Grand Lisboa Palace in Cotai.
The one-hour mission on Wednesday was a success, with officers reacting from an on-site command center to arrest the suspects and to restore everything to normal.

Some of the criminals barricaded themselves in a break room with a bomb and hostages. With the help of crisis negotiation personnel and special ops teams, they managed to apprehend the individuals.
The entire training exercise was a success, with the more than 200 personnel all achieving their intended results.
